Megan began her conveyancing career in 2015, and joined PCS Legal in 2018. She is a Licensed Conveyancer and the Practice Manager at our Rayleigh office. Megan manages a conveyancing team, including Amy Kelly (Assistant), Charlotte Terry (Administrator) and Daisy Daniels (Administrator).

She specialises in residential conveyancing including shared ownership sales and purchases, Right to Buy and Help to Buy Loan redemptions. Megan has also handles sales, purchases and re-mortgages that fall under the Building Safety Act 2022.

Megan has a law degree from Anglia Ruskin University, as well as a Diploma in Paralegal Practice. In 2021, she completed her CLC training alongside working full time during the stamp duty holiday and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.
