Miles has over 15 years’ conveyancing experience, specialising in residential and newbuild conveyancing. He is a Conveyancing Executive and Senior Practice Manager, located in our Basildon office.

As well as being shortlisted for multiple industry awards, such as Young Conveyancer of the Year and Outstanding Employee of the Year, Miles won Highly Commended for Outstanding Employee of the Year at The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2025.

Miles manages a residential conveyancing team, including Samuel Bennett (Assistant), Edward Wright (Administrator), and Lauren Nicholson-Flodin (Technician), and a new build conveyancing team, including Michelle Hollis (Assistant), Sophie Cornish (Assistant), and Alisha Chapman (Assistant).
