About Our Staff

Although we are a firm of Licensed Conveyancers and Probate Practitioners we from time to time also employ both Legal Executives and Solicitors. Once you have instructed us to act for you information on your case handler and their qualification will be detailed to you together with details of their support staff.

The practice of PCS Legal has two partners being Stuart Forsdike and Katie Forsdike. Stuart is the controlling partner of both Basildon and London while Kate controls Ongar and Wickford.

The Service We Provide

We will inform you at the outset about the work we will carry out on your behalf, information on the service in general, contact details, Terms & Conditions together with a fixed estimate of costs and also costs relative to additional services.

Our remit is to carry our services relating to all types of Conveyancing and Property Law together with Probate services and Will writing.
